  We have stayed in these condos for a few years now when vacationing. This year we stayed in condo 3I. The condo definitely needs to upgrade their furniture and carpet it is a bit outdated and the TVs are extremely small. Overall satisfaction with the property is great.

  I really liked this unit. It is in a nice location, very updated, and very well stocked. A few things would have made it 5 stars all the way. The pillows are awful, hard and flat. I had to go and buy one so my arms did not fall asleep. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets, but I feel that is common with home rentals. Also, in the age of covid, the rental company should have allowed payment of the balance by Credit card or even Zelle. They took the deposit by CC, and I had no way to know that I was going to have to come up with cash or a money order to pay the balance until I had already reserved (too late to cancel and 1 day too late to send an e-check).

  Awesome rental on the Colorado River. We rented a condo for one month; it's a bit pricey, but it's near everything going on in Laughlin, on the Colorado Riveer, and the condo was a luxury condo with all the amenities for comfort during our stay.
