The home comes complete with amenities including full kitchen, fenced yard, patio, dining area and air-conditioning. A brand new sparkling pool with shaded cover. The outside casita features a pool table, lounge seating, a flat screen TV so you can relax and enjoy the warm summer nights. You will feel right at home in this beautiful property. In addition, the home also includes cable TV, wireless internet and in-unit laundry facilities. Come and stay with us! RV hookups, pool table, pool toys, recreation room, room to park 3+ RV'S off street.
We had previously parked a boat and (2) jet skis in the same garage.

Additionally we have a side driveway that is over 150' long and at places over 30' wide that could easily accommodate several boat/trailer/truck combinations.

This property is located near the Colorado river within 10 miles driving distance to the Famous Laughlin Casinos, Colorado River, and Lake Mohave, 60 miles to Lake Havasu, 90 miles to Las Vegas, 200 miles to Sedona, and 200 miles to Grand Canyon.

  Overall this was a great experience. The house has a lot of space and works great for a big group. The pool room was the pool was good to have. Check in was easy and everything was pretty professional. The negatives we saw were: the pool was really dirty when we arrived (pool guy came the next day to fix it), the casita bedroom didn’t have curtains on the window so no privacy, some decorations were breakable and so not great for kids in the house, bathrooms are a little outdated and not very clean feeling. Towels and kitchen utensils were old and bbq was on its last leg. The management company was very responsive to any issues we had.

  I absolutely loved the property! It was probably the best equipped rental property I I have ever stayed in. Beautiful home, beautiful view, perfect location! I wish the pool was heated so we could have used it but we still grilled out and sat by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine.
