  yes it was a very nice condo but what stands out was when the virus hit we got a message from ken parrillo that if there was anything we needed that we could not find or needed to let them know and they would take care of it for us. they were concerned when guests left. if I was going to move there or rent they are the people to deal with. he is building some very nice condos in Laughlin ranch which are beautiful. look forward to next year

  was very nice as always. the weather was a little cooler than normal but it was everywhere. if you ever plan on looking for a home they are the people to deal with. the girls and guys in their office treated us with respect and made us feel wanted .ken is the owner of the business and can take care of your needs weather short or long term.

  We loved the accommodations! Very spacious condo for us and another couple.
  Condo very clean and furnished nicely. We spent a lot of time at the pool, it was very clean and well maintained. The river was very fun to be on...The water taxi was a great way to go across to Laughlin..always available to take us across!
  We are already thinking of our next trip to Bullhead City! We will definitely rent again from LBVRS ! It was a great trip!

  we arrived on December 29 just in time for a great new years. you don't have worry about any weather ruining your plans. the condo was perfect with everything you needed for a great stay. great location on the river for a great view of the casinos and Colorado river. people were really nice and would recommend this property to anyone. management is top shelf and will get you anything you need. look forward to next year.

  The condo was even better than the pictures! The views were outstanding, not many places where you can look at the Colorado River from your bed. The place was very clean and decorated with top notch comfortable furniture. The condos are in a great location to everything. The staff Dave and Sonia were very helpful,friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The only suggestion would be that the balcony and patio furniture be cleaned off. We hope to return soon.
