  Excellent. The home needed some repairs and Kristina got right on it. CJ was the repairman who did an excellent job with what repairs he could handle although, all repairs couldn’t be fixed and was to be reported to the owner however, they were not resolved.
  We would definitely recommend Kristina and the agency to family and friends who could be interested in a BHC rental.

  The house was okay. The rooms have enough space and beds for everyone. The kitchen is small and the pots/pans/mixing bowls/etc are mismatched. I think the house should have better options especially because we were there cooking all weekend. The pool had some maintenance and they left a little mess, but I contacted the office and they were responsive and had someone come out the next day. The next day the internet wasn't working and we could not find the router to reset it. I contacted the office at 920am in the morning to ask for assistance and they said someone would come out to reset it in the morning. Someone texted me at 530PM to say nobody was home. We were at the river, no reception! What happened to someone coming in the morning? Not sure, but we couldn't watch tv or use the internet, so that was inconvenient. Overall, okay rental, enough space for us. A/C worked well, so that's definitely a plus.

  What a great experience. I would stay here again and such a dog friendly location and the neighbors were lovely. The house, pool and location was perfect. My only request is that they would replace their chipped dishes.

  The rental office staff is AWESOME! Especially Miss Corty! The house is good but it has VERY poor TV/Internet service. Rental staff sent Suddenlink out 5 times to fix, but it is a Suddenlink problem and it was never fixed. Also, if you rent this house from JAN - May, don't plan on using the pool or jacuzzi, they are NOT heated and too cold to use.

  Property was great except for two things. We really missed having a king size bed in the master bedroom and the weeds were so bad in the later part of our stay my grass allergy was driving me crazy. we left five days early because of it.
