  On arrival, could not use the single garage. That was the reason I booked this house in the first place. The garage was locked, and the depth that was discussed was turned out to be wrong. It was too shallow for my use. Still worked out, we put the boat in diagonal through the 2 car side. The refrigerator is very small. For a week stay with 6 people we did not have enough room. The utensil situation is very poor with very dull knives. The trash can is tiny, did not have enough room for all of our trash, and there was trash already in the can. The cleanliness, was very poor. For a $330 cleaning fee every-time the house is rented, this house should stay pretty clean. It wasnt. The bathroom floors had tons of hair. The carpets were dirty. The worst thing, my kids found some kind of Pharmaceutical pill in one of the bedrooms on the floor. Luckily they know better than to pick stuff up and put it in their mouth. But for another family with kids, that could have been worse experience. When I spoke with the office about the garage they said I can cut the locks off they would replace them, but once I measured, I found it would be pointless because it was too short anyways. The internet can be spotty in bullhead, its been known for that. But for the whole stay we had no internet at all. Rebooted the router and still had nothing. I had my own travel internet that I used for tv. Normally houses I rent from this rental company are in great condition, not sure what happened with this one, but I’ll make sure I don't rent this one again. The location is great, very close to Mohave Lake turn off, and for Davis Campground on the river.

  The house was spacious and in a great location. There are some areas that seem a little worn and dated. Garage is huge! We had no issues other than the water never got cold, or even cool. We were there when it was 120 degrees outside and the water temperature in the house never got below 99 degrees. The AC worked but could use an upgrade. Master shower did not drain properly. Other than that, all was great!

  There were a few things that could have gone better. Because I reserved through VRBO I had to track down how to pay remainder. There was supposed to be a lockbox on property, there wasn’t so we needed to go office, the linens were clean but stained, there was a leak in the closet so the closet ceiling collapsed. All of that said- we were not looking for a luxury rental and the property manager was helpful in getting us a key and responsive when the ceiling collapsed. The house could use fresh white towels and linens for renters.
