  A representative met us at the property, gave us keys and was gone. Having rented from other companies before, I expected a folder with instructions and information about the property like what day is garbage pickup, local stores and foods, etc. We had nothing other than a scrap of paper with internet access code and a note that the garage door was broken. A rough inspection of the place found dirty carpets, water softener with service light blinking, kitchen faucet stuck in one position right in the middle of the double sink, missing light bulbs and a patio that was so uneven it was a hazard to walk on. We did notify the rental company about our concerns. They tried to reach us but were unable to do so since they kept calling our home phone even though they had 2 cell numbers on the signed rental agreement!. I mentioned the issues when we were leaving and was told the people before us were there for a month and a half and had no issues. I guess people have differing expectations! Rental management company was always friendly and professional. They just didn't get the job done!
