Spacious and modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury home with extra large patio, swimming pool, two car garage and scenic views of the black mountains and downtown Laughlin
Wall to wall carpeting, leather furniture and gas fireplace in living room.
Master bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in closets and flat screen hi-def televisions
2nd bedroom has queen sized bed, smart TV with DVD player and combination shower/tub; 3rd bedroom has a twin sofa bed and bunk beds with a TV/DVD player.

Wifi is in and out due to the area. Pool is serviced on Fridays, however if you have a issue please call and we will get someone out right away.

  Rented for family from Germany for two weeks, mainly for use of the pool. It worked out nice but we did have maintenance issues. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, the back yard and patio furniture needs attention and the pool was filthy.
  Even after calling and the pool guy coming 3 days later, the pump and filter were never working.
  Quiet neighborhood, great view, clean interior.
  LBVR DID give us a credit for our incovenience. We would like to use them again in the future. I hope they are sincere about fixing the problems.For the price we expected better.

  2nd time renting this house was hoping for a 3rd time but I think next year we are going to try a hotel. We enjoyed the home since we do have children, but it’s disappointing when your driving for a few hours and the first thing you want to do is jump in the pool, and then find out how dirty it is and have to make a call for them to come clean the pool.
  We had to call more the then 3 times for our pool to be cleaned !
  It’s one of the main reasons we rented the house, and when you book months in advance that should be one of the top things to make sure is clean! This year I would rate our stay as a 7! Like I said we wished we would have stayed a third time but this stay was just disappointing.

  Spent my daughters 30th birthday here. Close to the river, Laughlin, and the dam.
  Pool was clean. Kitchen has what we needed to prepare meals.
  When we arrived there was missing items. Once texted the maintenance man delivered that day.

  Our stay was very comfortable we got the master suite and the restroom is huge. Location was close to casinos and river. The whole house was very clean and had a modern touch. Only downside was the cleaning fee which in my opinion is very steep compared to a larger home I’ve stayed at down the street but non the less great home would recommend.
