  We had originally rented a different home, it became unavailable. This home was offered as an alternative and turned out great. The home was spacious and the layout was great. The game room with a pool table was fun. The pool patio area was nice to sit by during the nice days. It would have been nice to be able to swim in the pool but it was too cold. There is a solar pool heater but the valves are seized so it can’t be used. The property manager was very responsive to any of the issues we had. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

  Overall our stay was great. The house was perfect for our family. Just a few things that I wasn’t pleased with was the pool situation it was green when we got there. Also an issue where the water from the shower went into the room BUT I did contact the person in charge of maintenance and it was all fixed within the few hours I had mentioned it. I would definitely come back again to this house.

  Poor communication with realty...received email within 2 weeks of scheduled rental and was informed that cash direct deposit would be CREDIT CARD.
  Upon arrival noticed that both outdoor trash receptacles were packed full and teeming with maggots. I notified agency which promptly responded and emptied next day. Two smoke detectors were were consistently beeping which the agency could not fix and was difficult to sleep through. Shower water pressure was extremely low. Kitchen refrigerator never got very cold. Backyard is very poorly maintained but pool is sparkling clean. Only one pool table cue stick was actually functional. Lake Mohave was beautiful as always except last day big monsoon rolled in and power was out through the night. Never again with this agency only by owner from now on through Vrbo.
